John Czapko

With 26 years of experience in the technology and insurance industry, John opened the doors to Thrive Insurance Group with the purpose to serve small businesses in the Greater Houston area and beyond. After leading high performing teams across the country in the Information Technology world, John learned, how to deliver top-tier customer service to Fortune 100 clients. That’s why customer service is at the core of our mission statement at Thrive Insurance. John understands without integrity, service, and professionalism, as basic principles of our business - there is nothing. 

 

Oftentimes John forges true friendships with his clients because of the care and time he spends on each clients needs and requirements. He doesn’t want to be seen as just "an insurance guy” and truly works hard to help business owners beyond the policy. Outside of work, you’ll find John out and about with his two sweet Yellow Labs, Willow and Emmylou, who know how to keep him busy. In the community he’s also often busy in his leadership positions in various community organizations all with the focus of building local small businesses.

VP of Operations

Diana Wilson

Diana is focused on building relationships with our referral partners, our insurance carriers and leads the integration of our back office processes with many providers. She works behind the scenes to keep the engine running smoothly. After a very successful career in the IT space, she transitioned to the home building marketplace where she continued the successes she built in the IT world. Diana shares the same philosophy of integrity, service and professionalism in her personal and professional life.

Chief Barketing Officer

Willow Czapko

After a very successful career as a stay at home Mom, Willow transitioned to leading the Barketing efforts for the Thrive office. She is rewarded by treats, long walks, playing tennis ball fetch and belly rubs. She is actively working to train and educate our newest team member – Emmylou Czapko.

Barketing Intern

Emmylou Czapko

Emmylou is new to the Thrive team. She joins us from North Texas where she spent time as a ranch dog. She is working on walking on the leash, sitting still (and quiet) during client calls and meetings, and is learning all she can from Willow on bringing a smile and youthful energy to the office.
